Our quotes are fixed price and provided in writing before any work starts. If we find unexpected issues during preparation that affect the scope, we discuss it with you before proceeding and give you a written variation. We do not invoice above the accepted quote without your written approval. In over 15 years and 1,800+ Perth homes, price surprises have not been the reason clients don’t come back.

Every project is different. A new house, an existing home, a full repaint or a maintenance job all come in at very different numbers depending on the size, surface condition, number of coats and product specified. The most accurate thing we can do is come to your property and give you a written quote. There is no one-size-fits-all price, and anyone who gives you a firm number before seeing your home should be treated with caution.

We use medium-to-premium grade products only: Dulux, Wattyl, Taubmans, Resene, Porters Paints and Avista. For exterior work in Perth we recommend Dulux Weathershield, which carries a 15-year manufacturer warranty. We discuss the right product for your project during your free quote. We do not use budget store brands on any job.

A written 5-year workmanship guarantee on all work. If anything peels, flakes, shows brush marks or fails to cover within 5 years due to our application, we return and fix it at no cost. The guarantee is included in every contract, not offered as an add-on.

Our own licensed painters. We do not subcontract. The same lead painter who attends your quote will run your job from day one through to the final walkthrough. Every team member has been through our own vetting process. We do not swap people mid-job.

Yes. Roof restoration and maintenance are core services. We coat tile and Colorbond roofs with anti-fungal products that stop moss and lichen growth and extend your roof life by 10 to 15 years. Maintenance programs are available for both residential and commercial properties on a scheduled or on-call basis.

A single room typically takes one day. A full 4-bedroom home with thorough preparation, priming and 2 coats generally takes 3 to 5 days. We give you a specific start date and finish date in writing before work begins. You will know exactly when your home will be back to normal.

Yes, and it is included with every quote at no extra cost. Our consultant visits your home, assesses your lighting conditions, existing surfaces and your style preferences, and provides a personalised palette recommendation. Choosing a colour from a small swatch in a paint shop is how people end up with a colour that looks nothing like they expected.
